Accessibility
Surfaces & Space wants everyone to be able to use this website. It has been built with accessibility in mind and follows WCAG 2.2 guidance where possible. It has not been formally audited, so we do not claim full conformance with any standard.
What the website supports
- Keyboard navigation throughout, including a "Skip to main content" link and clearly visible focus outlines.
- A mobile menu that can be opened, used and closed with the keyboard, including the Escape key.
- Before and after comparisons that can be moved with the arrow keys as well as by mouse or touch, with the position announced to screen readers.
- Floor and room choices in the Design Ideas house that work with the keyboard, including arrow keys between floors.
- A clear heading structure on every page, descriptive text for meaningful images and labelled form fields with error messages linked to the fields.
- Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and desktops, and text that can be enlarged with browser zoom.
- Reduced motion: if your device asks for less motion, the scrolling house sequence is shown as simple steps and smooth scrolling is turned off.
- Calling and WhatsApp buttons kept within easy reach on phones.
Known limitations
- The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check provided by Cloudflare. Its accessibility is outside our control. If it causes you difficulty, please call or WhatsApp instead.
- Some design concept images are complex scenes, and their descriptions give a summary rather than every detail.
